Back in 1492, Christopher Columbus sailed the mighty seas.
His goal was to prove the world was flat or not flat.
"Not real sure that was his full reason, cause history was not my bag."*S*

But by our great luck and the "Grace of God" he spotted land.

The land we know today as "The United States of America".

This country of ours has fought in wind, rain, sleet, snow hot and cold,

but they gained they're goal of "FREEDOM".

On this ver special day, "July 4, 1776", we began our quest to become

the most jpowerful country in this jworld of ours.

I am very proud to say to everyone that I am proud to be an American.

Unfortuneatly there has been much blood shed over many years,

but the men who died have given there life for us and "for American".

We have stubled, but will not fall.

We have been ashamed, for things we have done,

but lets face the rest of the world and tell them, "we're sorry",

but also remind them that we are always there to give them a helpine hand when needed.

America is a fun loving, growing, scrapping place.

We who live here should be thankful, that we are Americans.

Yes, we have had times we bit off more than we can chew, but over all this land is our land,

belongs to many races, creed, color, religions, but most of all our country is

blessed by God. So now I say to everone in this world, be proud of where you are,

be proud of who you are. This is why I can say "I AM VERY PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN",

"GOD BLESS AMERICA"
